The Terms of Service ("TOS") listed below apply to the InvestingPoint.com website, Investing Point newsletters, Investing Point's iPhone and Android apps (if any), and all other products and services offered by Investing Point (collectively the "Services").

The arbitrator's decision will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to trial by jury.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
